Pilot offer
Free setup and the first month of one agreed pilot service are available to our first five pilot clients. The pilot covers one agreed project per business — not every listed service. Deliverables, scope, the trial start date and any exclusions are agreed in writing before work begins. There is no automatic paid continuation; any ongoing work requires agreement.
Third-party costs
Domain purchases, advertising spend, third-party software and usage charges are explained and agreed before they're incurred, and are billed separately. They are not included in the free setup and first month.
Testimonials and case studies
In return for the pilot, we ask for honest feedback and a testimonial. A positive testimonial is not required. Publishing a testimonial needs approval of the wording and attribution. Case studies, logos, screenshots or identifiable results require separate permission.
Services and outcomes
Some services are available now; others are best scoped around your business. We don't guarantee specific leads, revenue or outcomes, and we don't imply every integration is possible. Scope, timing, compatibility and pricing are agreed individually.
Demonstrations
Our phone and online demonstrations are labelled Sidekick demonstrations and do not create a real booking, confirmed quote or obligation. Calling a demo number does not mean you've consented to marketing.
