Sidekick Systems is an Australian business based in Sydney, operated by Jayden Wilkinson. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you contact us, book a discovery call, request a callback or use our services.
What we collect
When you enquire or book a call, we may collect your name, business name, email, phone number, website, service interest and any message you provide. When you call our demonstration number, we collect the details needed to handle the enquiry. We do not collect sensitive information through our demonstrations.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver agreed services, and provide support. We do not send marketing follow-ups unless you've separately consented, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Sharing and third parties
We use trusted tools to manage enquiries, calendars and communications. We share only what's needed to run those services and we don't sell your information. Third-party advertising spend, software and other costs are agreed with you before they're incurred.
